Sliding Sleeve

The sliding sleeve is a downhole flow control tool installed on the coiled tubing string. Communication between the annulus and the tubing can be established by shifting a sleeve from a closed to open position using wireline or coiled tubing methods.

Applications
1. Commingling production.
2. Selective control of one or more producing intervals.
3. Run in tandem for selective testing, treatment and production of a multi-zone well.
4. Circulating chemicals for corrosion control.
5. Install a plug and pressure test the coil string.

Features
1. Flow Port area exceeds the Seal Bore area for unrestricted flow through the Sliding Sleeve.
2. The Sliding Sleeve incorporates an equalizing position prior to the fully opened position.
3. Standard configuration is jar up to open and jar down to close using a “B” shifting tool.
